The lady in the back right corner, she had short black hair, looked to be in her 40's/50's was the rudest lady ever. I am a US Bank member, and she treated me like garbage. I have never been treated so poorly by someone.... EVER. I had concerns about my account, and every time I spoke to her she interrupted me with a condescending tone. to the point where i had to raise my voice at her to tell her to stop interrupting me.. She was so unhelpful, I am now closing my USbank account. Thanks for nothing evil woman.
