these people are really nice, that they are. But is being nice enough? I emailed them over 6 months ago, asking politely to lower my interest rate they told me after 6 months of good payments i would be able to, it has been well over 6 months now and i have made very timely payments and i asked again to lower it. they said i cannot, so why tell someone to do something and in return be promised something if you are not going to fulfill your promise to that customer? not only that every time i write i get a different person responding to me, so no 1 person is talking to me so I feel as if im being passed from person to person and not a single one really cares, they are just paid to give automated answers and responses without any cares toward the customer. This is a horrible way to do business or even treat a said ""customer""
NEVER do business with USBank without having a super low interest rate to begin with, but even so, they raised mine without properly telling me and it through my payments that i was making off big time, i would usually go to the bank and pay them because they were always the same but i didnt know somewhere in that time i wasn't making the right amount, so it hurt me on my credit. while i was paying they lowered my limit from what i had paid off to lower than what i had and then charged me overage fee's for being over my limit it was a slap in the face!
being a full time student 2 schools and 2 jobs i think they should help out with a simple small line of credit request, but they dont , because they dont care. and a business that doesnt care isnt worth any customers time.
Pros: credit
Cons: lies , fals promises and poor customer service
