I have been to the Winchester Room on numerous occasions and have never had a bad meal or dining experience, soup, salad, steak, seafood were all excellent. The service was very good too. I would recommend the Winchester Room to anyone.
Pros: Fair Price, Good Location, Atmosphere
Cons: Poor Parking, Crowded at times
