Review content:
We were excited to visit this tea room while in Alabama and we were all disappointed. Even though we were the only ones in the restaurant service was slow. It was uncomfortably silent. We had high tea and the portions for salad and quiche were small and seemed to have been sitting out a while. When the tea tray was brought to our table we were shocked. We couldn't believe we were paying 60.00 plus tax and tip for what we were being served. It was laughable and the food wasn't good. We've been to many tea rooms, but this one although charming was a huge let down.
Pros: Very pretty
Cons: Lousy food
