Review content:
I'm not saying that the previous reviewers response isn't true, but I've been living here for 3 months no and have no complaints. We got a great deal on the rent, only 499 a month for a large two bedroom apartment with a wonderful woodland view. Sure it doesn't have a dishwasher in it or central air but for the extra cash i'll hand wash them and insulate the room better and the in-wall AC works just fine. The only insects I've encountered in the apartment is an occasional spider, which, living against the woods is going to be a problem anywhere you go. The apartment doesn't even have many of them at all really, might run into a small one once every few days or so which is no worse than any other home i've been in. I may have been lucky on my apartments location, but i've had a positive experience with the other occupants, I never have to listen to other people banging around all night, people aren't coming up and knocking on the door in the middle of the night, and as a college student, its close to campus (about 1.5 miles). my biggest issue with it is really just that at busy times of the day you can't have the back screen door or windows open without a lot of noice coming off 52, though its fine with them closed. All in all, while it lacks the bells and whistles, 499 for an apartment of this grade more than satisfies me and i'm thoroughly happy with the choice, as are my roommates.
