What really makes a person say unprofessional?? Their own ignorace to be informed!!! As for limted knowledge of my job, well it would seem that way. However you have to be open for both sides to survive in this world. We all know when you get more than two people involved words get crossed and messages do NOT get relayed properly. As for your tow bill YOU were involved in an accident. Those rates are higher than a standard tow. So please know YOUR rights to be informed not IGNORANT!!!
