What really makes a person say unprofessional?? Their own ignorace to be informed!!! As for limted knowledge of my job, well it would seem that way. However you have to be open for both sides to survive in this world. We all know when you get more than two people involved words get crossed and messages do NOT get relayed properly. As for your tow bill YOU were involved in an accident. Those rates are higher than a standard tow. So please know YOUR rights to be informed not IGNORANT!!! more

I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH A MORE UNPROFESSIONAL WOMEN. THIS CHRIS DUNCAN WHO ANSWERS THEIR PHONES AND IS VERY LIMITED IN HER KNOWLEDGE OF THE BUSINESS IS UNBELIEVABLE. SHE HAS HUNG UP ON MY TWO TIMES ALREADY IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. APPARENTLY I HAVE AN ATTITUDE. WHO WOULDN'T HAVE AN ATTITUDE WHEN YOU RECEIVE A BILL FOR A TOW CHARGE OF $724.00 TO TOW A VEHICLE FROM AN ACCIDENT SITE IN KANSAS CITY, MO TO RAYMORE, WHICH IS 30 MILES. WOW - SOMETHING WRONG HERE. SAYS BILLS IS OPEN FROM 9-5 M-F BUT WOW WHEN I ASK FOR BILLING NO ONE IS THERE!!!! more
