Businiess name:  Tittle Brothers Construction

Review content:
This fall, Tittle Brothers completed 3 separate jobs for me: (1) detailed tuck pointing around home and chimney, (2) new roof on home and garage, and (3) siding/soffit/flashing work on my garage. My field agent, Pete Theofanopoulous, and the crews on each job were professional and stood behind their work every step of the way. When you call to arrange an estimate, be sure to ask to see Pete Theofanopoulos. He is professional, courteous, responsive and detail oriented. He gets things done. I originally met with one other agent at Tittle Brothers, and he would have lost my business if I had to stick with working with him... Pete's the guy to work with. I got estimates from a number of companies for each project, and I chose Tittle Brothers for each. Pete gave me the confidence that Tittle Brothers could properly handle what I needed done and the estimates were competitively priced. A few small issues did occur along the way with each of the 3 jobs. These issues were taken care of swiftly. No big project goes perfectly, and the true test of a company's quality and service is when you see how responsive they are. I trust that Pete and Tittle Brothers will continue to stand behind the work should I run into any problems down the road. One added FYI: At my request when I first met with Tittle Brothers, they respectfully showed me documentation that they are licensed and have both general liability and workman's compensation insurance. Several of the other companies that I met with about these projects tried to argue with me when I requested to see documentation that they're fully insured - a clear indication that they have something to hide. I got so tired of the deception from some of the companies that I finally insisted on companies faxing me copies of their license and certificates of insurance before I'd even spend time arranging to meet with them for an estimate. So be sure that you are comparing apples with apples amongst companies that you are considering. If a company doesn't have workman's compensation insurance, you can get sued if someone gets injured on the job. You can verify that by calling your insurance agent.
