Review content:
The service is wonderful to the point that it can't really be beaten. It's like your at a close friend's home, eating dinner with the family. All of the food on the menu is excellent (I can't find anything I wouldn't live off of any day). But, the chef has a peculiar ability to work with salmon like nobody else I have ever met. There are only 3 things on the menu with salmon. The salmon Kabob, the Saffron Seafood (which I understand is the chef's own recipe), and the Salmon Parmesan (which I have yet to see anywhere else). In all of these dishes, the salmon has a texture similar to butter: it melts in your mouth (almost literally). It's got a flavor that unless you're lucky enough to have an uncle who owns a fishing lodge in alaska, you'll probably never taste anywhere else. In the Saffron Seafood, this is added to a sauce that I can't even describe (you've got to try it to believe it), this food should be illegal. Not everyone is lucky enough to live so close to such great food (not to mention service). I've never tasted anything better, and I doubt you have either. Try this place and you'll be hooked for life, i guarantee it.
Pros: Best salmon you've ever tasted, excellent service, convenient location
Cons: If only they had a bigger sign... (It's in the Safeway parking lot on 104th and 208th)
