This evening my boyfriend and i visited Applebee's location in Tomball, Tx. Throughout the entire meal our waitress was great. By the time my boyfriend was almost done with his food he found a large hair buried underneath his french fries. When our waitress came back we pointed it out to her and she told us that she would have her manager come and talk to us about it. About five minutes go by and finally the waitress comes back with our ticket. I look at it and notice that $5 was taken off of our ticket......(perfectly acceptable to me). So i go ahead and pay. And we wait......and wait....and wait for this ""manager"" to come talk to us. At that point I turn around to find this so called ""manager"" sitting at a table staring at us and eating food...We get up to leave and on the way out my boyfriend stopped the ""manager"" to tell her about the hair in his food and she gave him a sorry excuse for an apology and told him she took 5 dollars off our ticket........To say the least we will NOT be returning to this location. And this woman was a sorry excuse for a manager. So beware if you get hair in your food....you will get NO apology... Pros: excellent service Cons: Disgusting hair in food
