Back in 2002 I was working with a salesman to purchase a Four Winns for almost 6 months to get ""just the right one"". We finally worked out a deal and I went to purchase it with my check book in hand and the price changed dramatically higher. I ended up purchasing a Four Winns (which I still have and love) somewhere else.
2008 I went there to get a drain plug for my cooler. They said they would order it and call me. I never heard from them.
I have always had it serviced at Riverside Marine (who has been great!). Fast forward to 2010. I was going to change the oil in it myself this year for the first time. I reluctantly went to Pacific Boatland for the factory parts. After getting the oil out I realized they had sold me the wrong size oil filter and the incorrect oil grade as directed in the owners manual. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
