I Have to disagree totally with the last review.Ive used this shop numerous times and I've also recommended this shop too other artisan friends and customers not one person has had anything bad to say about Ron or his work he has always been very professional and his work is always on time when he says it will be. I deal with the public all day and one thing I've learned is you can't please everybody as much as you try too.I will continue to use Long Island Waterjet and I'm glad we found Ron and his shop.PS that last fella sounds like he just wasn't a happy guy and hard too please anyway some customers you are glad when they come in some you are happy when they leave :)
