Long Island Water Jet

Well my project did not go well with owner Ron. Few times he said it will be done and never was. Finally I gave up after several time being said the same joke. He is too small to take every project. Working alone on everything at the same time is NOT WORKING. Not recommend it at all. more

I Have to disagree totally with the last review.Ive used this shop numerous times and I've also recommended this shop too other artisan friends and customers not one person has had anything bad to say about Ron or his work he has always been very professional and his work is always on time when he says it will be. I deal with the public all day and one thing I've learned is you can't please everybody as much as you try too.I will continue to use Long Island Waterjet and I'm glad we found Ron and his shop.PS that last fella sounds like he just wasn't a happy guy and hard too please anyway some customers you are glad when they come in some you are happy when they leave :) more

Ron the owner of this place is a sham. I dropped off a template I made for a plate that was under 8"" by 8"" and would have a few 3/8"" holes in it for mounting to my Jeep. Also needed a spacer milled. Ron told me it would be ready in a week and cost around $40. Well, called him after a full week went by and heard nothing, bs'd me a bit then finally admitted he forgot about my project entirely and had to find the template because he had misplaced it. Told me he had it and it would be ready in a week. Another week went by so i called him today, he said he coudn't do it off a clear template and that if I had brought it in made from a pizza box or something he'd be able to. So NO CALL TO TELL ME THAT? AND HIM BEING THE PERSON THAT DOES THIS FOR A LIVING COULDNT GET A TEMPLATE TRACED ONTO CARDBOARD? He's an absolute joke....Not to mention that when I originally dropped it off to him he asked if I could dril the holes in it myself because it would be ""hard"" for him to? Hope this saves someone a trip out there to get there time wasted as well as get their hopes up that a lazy business owner would actually DO their job. more
