Review content:
At first seemed like we found a great company. I would give a Great Review for their ""ACT"" of kindness and professionalism. When it came down to a few things not being able to fit arranging pick up was a nightmare.( they took it to their storage which was a nice thing actually until...) The receptionist is extremely rude. She even answers the phone with an attitude. Even when asking for a manager she told me she was the manager and would not let me talk to anyone else & magically the owner disappeared (right after she had me on hold, apparently asking him a question) she told me HE would call be back several days later and...never did. Our things ended up being there a lot longer than we anticipated seemed like they were punishing us and giving excuses for why we could not pick up.
Pros: scheduling of course was easy
Cons: when something goes wrong, expect to argue
