I used them twice, once to go from Philly to the burbs back in 2008, and recently out to Harrisburg. I think most moving experiences depend on the movers the company gives you. \r \r The first move was smoother and efficient than the second. The second move was still good, but the movers weren't as efficient but that may have been due to the fact that I had a little more furniture this time. In the end it's worth it, better than having to bribe my buddies to help me lol. more

Nicky’s Moving & Storage went above and beyond to support our move. I’m extremely happy with the way things turned out. My wife had to do this all without me (was away, work related) and they supported her through the whole process. She of course was also pleased with everything. more

This moving service puts in hard work and dedication into their clients. I know because I was one of them I had a very complicated move. I had to keep switching my move date, time and kept updating the inventory. My agent stayed patient with me the whole time. Once we finally got dates and times finalized it was time to move. The movers did a great job and were very careful with all of my things. more

Finally finished moving! It’s be a long stressful week but now I can finally relax. Well first I would like to say thank you Nicky’s for all of your hard work. Hi my name is Andrew and me and my wife moved from Glenside to Horsham last week November 20th we had a small apartment and we moving into our 1st home as husband and wife. Nicky’s movers are pleasant people to be around. The whole move took them 4hrs and the whole time they did everything with a smile and great jokes that kept me lol. I remember they only brook one thing but it was already in bad shape and I expected it to break. It was a old ikea book shelf that I put together in 2010. Besides that everything was great. The guys where cool and my and my wife couldn’t be happier in our new home thanks to Nicky’s moving and storage. Please give these guys a try it is worth it. Pros: they where fast and friendly more

""Smiley face"" I just used them again and they were great...Love these guys. ""Class act"" these guys and they did it again. Thanks, Michelle, Eric and Lee...Keith, Tyrone and Dave were superb. I had a very good experience with these guys. They know what they're doing from the time they come in. They wrap everything up and are very careful with my flatscreen and glasstops. Everything I had moved was handled with care and the guys were really nice. They set it up for me and lined my boxes up so I could go through them later. I couldn't have asked for better service. These guys were great. They arrived on time and the crew could not have been more polite and friendly. My biggest worry with by-the-hour movers was the crew moving slowly to get a higher fee. These guys were the exact opposite. They had our whole house on fast.They worked just as quickly unloading at the new house. They were also very careful. Nothing was damaged or lost. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again. more

Nicky's Moving is the best! Reasonable flexibility when delays or problems crop up. Storage at a ""Safe Secure"" warehouse. he has been able to move my Sell-Buy clients one day; Store their possessions on the truck overnight and make next day delivery (without a duplicate loading charge. Their prices are good. They are honorable and Crews well trained. Some of his crews have been with them as long as (15 years?). This leads me to conclude they are fair and reasonable with his staff as well as with his clients. Maintains a business office. So problems can be addressed during the business day. The office manager has been a pleasant and responsive constant over the years. Nicky?s has been doing my personal work for 15 years and I have always felt they did a better job than I could... ... even if I were inclined to lose weeks with packing, hauling and recovery from muscle strains. I have given their name to MANY of my clients, and I usually hear accolades. Accidents and delays happen, and the only complaints I've hear were in those categories, but Nicky?s is a good with communications and seems to act in a fair manner when problems need to be resolved. I have heard enough serious complaints about other movers that I tend to stick with Nicky?s. So many of the moves are here in the City, that many of his employees live nearby, so many of the dollars stay in the neighborhood more

In the past, I have always been skeptical about hiring movers but I'm sure glad I called these guys. From the scheduling to the end of the move, the customer service was impeccable. The crew showed up on time, in uniform and obviously knew how to get a job done right. There were many stairs and tight corners but not a scratch on anything. Quick, careful and reliable. Highly recommended! \r more

I recently moved my things from my house in Manuyunk to the storage unit at Nickys. The movers did a great job, they handled all my belongings with care and worked fast and diligently. I am surprised to find so many positive reviews of this company. My experience was so negative, I can't help but write a bad review. I shopped around, in advance, and got a written estimate from ""Lee"" here at Nicky's, Keystone ( a company with many names) in the amount of $424 for my move. Because he was the best price and seemed nice, I paid a $100 deposit to reserve my move. On the day of the move, the driver gives me his written estimate for the same move: $725 (and only after half of my stuff is already loaded up on the truck). I asked them to remove my things and cancel the order; but I did not get a refund. They think that since they have a ""written policy"" of no refunds, they don't have to give one. They think this is true, even if it's clear the customer had been screwed. One of the workers admitted to me that ""this happens all the time."" This is my main complaint. I have to also add that the crew was miserable. I can imagine that the job must be a tough one, but there is no reason to make your customer feel like you don't like them. All 3 of the guys on the truck (that should have come with only 2) were unhappy and too busy looking tough. All I need is good honest work at a reasonable price. These guys arrived with the attitude that I was causing their pain. Give me a break, and get a life! I found another company the same day. They ended up costing me $450, and were happy all day long, from beginning to end. AVOID NICKY'S KEYSTONE MOVING SYSTEMS LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY ARE OUT TO RIP YOU OFF AND MAKE YOU FEEL BAD FOR CALLING THEM!!! more
