Review content:
Very poor customer service. The salesman who sold the ozonator for the spa said it will last the life of the spa and if I have problems to just call and they'll take care of it. Well 2 years later, ozonator stopped working, so I called service department. they just told me to clean the filters. They said it so rudely too. Their prices are unreasonably high, and their people are rude and very slow when it comes to delivering. They don't deliver as they have promised.
