Review content:
As a former USMC Sgt., I've gone down just about every avenue of fitness there is out there and I have just now finally found the workout that provides me with EVERYTHING I need, and want. My workouts are no longer mundane and routine, they are no longer tireing and a chore to do. I actually look forward to getting in shape by learning to box. I don't actually box in that I've not hit anyone, nor has anyone hit me; in other words the idea that boxing is dangerous is totally wrong. There is TRAINING to box, then there is the actual competition of boxing. I TRAIN; which means I learn to do what the professionals do and I get in shape like the professionas do, but I don't have to worry about the pain the professionas have to. With each workout I feel more confident becasue I 'get better' at all the different aspects of the sport. The greateset part of this exercise expierence is the actual 1 on 1 training I get. Never have I gotten my moneys worth as I do at 1 on 1 Boxing Fitness; I now have a professional boxer who for 30 to 45 minutes 3 times a week makes sure I learn/train correctly and get the most out of my workouts. I leave the gym feeling strong, healthy and like I've accomplished something. My advise: just visit the gym, it's not anothers singles place or a country club social gym, but a place to change your health for the better. If I could post a picture, you'd see what I mean : ) -Robert J. Padilla
