My wife and I spent a huge sum to have Vince Koach install a natural wood Front Door and Sidelight. As soon as Vince finished installing the door he pointed out how some of the parts were loose and ill-fitting. He sid he could order a replacement right away, but suggested we wait until the rough weather passed. So we waited several months and asked about the door. he said he would see about it. 6 months passed with no action. We have contacted Vince and Koach's Windows and Doors numerous times over the past several years and he has yet to replace the bad door, which has only gotten worse. He often just does not return our calls. I am convinced he does not intend to make good on his word, so I plan legal action.
