In response to the above review, there was a misunderstanding between myself and the Petries. I take full responsibility for it, but it was just a misunderstanding which I have since corrected. I do not remember missing phone calls from them. I responded to Mr. Petrie's email & 2 or 3 days after receiving the email, I stopped by his home to talk to him personally. Approximately 8-9 days after I talked to him, I installed the new door & refinished the entire custom door system. I truly apologize to the Petries. Most of our business is generated by customer referrals and return customers which is why we have been in business for 20 years.
