Review content:
While the ambience could have been better, a little dark and could have been vacuumed better, my first pie was like being back in the NY/NJ/PA metropolotan area where I grew up. Hot, thin crust pizza that dripped with just the right amount of delicious olive oil, sauce and cheese that had my eyes closing dreaming of my youth. Each bite got better and better as the crust softened as it cooled. It was hard not to stuff it all in to get to the perfectly bubbled rim crust.
John knows his stuff and his staff and the manager of this location knew how to treat a back east boy and his family. My 2 year old had 2 slices himself! Even at this age he knows a great pie. I have to limit myself to once a month but this pie could be eaten every day.
Pros: Pie, Pie, Pie
Cons: Ambience, Housekeeping, Ambience
