My son and I made an appointment for a test drive on a vehicle with this dealership two days in advance. After an hour drive to get to the appointment, we went in and asked for Jason, the person we were instructed to meet with for the test drive. Told him we were there for the test drive. He informed us that the only vehicle available to test drive was having options installed today. Told him we drove an hour to make the appointment and he just shrugged his shoulders, Said ""sorry"" and that he has been too busy. Apparently he was never informed about the appointment at all. The worst customer service and response from any dealership that I could imagine.. Still buying a Subaru, just not from this dealership.
