My son and I made an appointment for a test drive on a vehicle with this dealership two days in advance. After an hour drive to get to the appointment, we went in and asked for Jason, the person we were instructed to meet with for the test drive. Told him we were there for the test drive. He informed us that the only vehicle available to test drive was having options installed today. Told him we drove an hour to make the appointment and he just shrugged his shoulders, Said ""sorry"" and that he has been too busy. Apparently he was never informed about the appointment at all. The worst customer service and response from any dealership that I could imagine.. Still buying a Subaru, just not from this dealership. more

I value this dealership 5/13/2010

Our son purchased a car from the used car lot and we were so happy with his experience, we have brought our car down for its maintenance. They are knowledgeable, great people skills, not treated as just another way to make $ and honorable in keeping their word. To get there, we have travel 20 minutes, instead of 5 minutes to our local dealership where we were a number and a time slot. Walker's is knows that if they take care of you, you will recommend and buy again from them.? more

Not too pushy 5/13/2010

We bought two cars here, at the same time. The dealership wasn't pushy, they were friendly and helpful. This is the first time I've been car shopping and not felt forced into buying something, or into buying something I didn't want.? more

Great Car! Better Service!?? 4/21/2010

After searching the Internet and visiting several dealerships I found the exact car I wanted from Renton Walker's Subaru. I was treated like a VIP and the 2006 Legacy that I purchased is in excellent condition and drives like a dream. Walker's made buying a car a stress free sociable event. I not only left with an amazing financing rate, great price for my trade, and the exact car and price that I had in mind.? more
