This is the office mananger at AA Trans Drs, Jennifer. We pride ourselves in quality work , fair customer service and morality. I am pretty certain the ""tip"" below is false and fabricated, as I have no recollection (mind you this allegedly happened only a month ago) of any overhaul parts being bent or anyone having there vehicle towed back to their house unsatisfied. Also a ""novice"" mechanic fixing a problem in 5 minutes that my ASE certified techs (whom have had experience in this business for 20 yrs) ""couldnt fix"" is absolutlely ridiculous. If the below gentleman would like to come and resolve his supposed problem with the work and service he ""had performed here"", I would be more than happy to work with him on a resolution. But because I am certain this occurence never happend, it is doubtful I will see you sir. Have a great day, and thank you to all of our loyal customers and your pleasant reviews! We appreciate your business.
