I live in a 3rd floor apt. And cannot wait to leave! The people upstairs throw Loud parties, play loud music and smoke pot! I have complained to "Troy" with no response. Also, they never correct problems, they alleviate them temporarily. The charges you pay each month change and they will not supply proof. more
