I wanted to let you know that our impression of Leather Creations has been enhanced due to the fine service and attitude we received from Jose and the associate who accompanied him. I told Jose that we had never mentioned the problem with our furniture with anyone, but that we would certainly tell everyone about our positive experience as a result of the issue. Leather Creations is, in my opinion, much stronger because of people like Jose. It would be a disservice to him for me not to take a moment to make sure that you are aware of that. We look forward to our next purchase from Leather Creations and wish your company continued success and growth.
