We purchased a leather couch and recliner. We spend close to $10,000 only to find out that the sales rep ordered the low back recliner when we specifically picked out the high back recliner. The sales rep admitted her mistake but when David Delor, the customer service rep, started dealing with us he refused to take responsibility and told us that it was our fault. The recliner is very uncomfortable, we did not get what we ordered and the Company refused to help. They clearly have the "take your money and run" attitude. I would not do business with this company.
