I wanted to let you know that our impression of Leather Creations has been enhanced due to the fine service and attitude we received from Jose and the associate who accompanied him. I told Jose that we had never mentioned the problem with our furniture with anyone, but that we would certainly tell everyone about our positive experience as a result of the issue. Leather Creations is, in my opinion, much stronger because of people like Jose. It would be a disservice to him for me not to take a moment to make sure that you are aware of that. We look forward to our next purchase from Leather Creations and wish your company continued success and growth. more

VERY Disappointed 4/25/2012

We purchased a leather couch and recliner. We spend close to $10,000 only to find out that the sales rep ordered the low back recliner when we specifically picked out the high back recliner. The sales rep admitted her mistake but when David Delor, the customer service rep, started dealing with us he refused to take responsibility and told us that it was our fault. The recliner is very uncomfortable, we did not get what we ordered and the Company refused to help. They clearly have the "take your money and run" attitude. I would not do business with this company. more
