Review content:
I've been trying to get someone from Echols to come out and check my shower door for about three weeks now. Someone was supposed to call me back to set up an appointment within three days of my first call but didn't. I then called a second time and someone was supposed to call me back the next day. The third time I called I was told by the lady answering the phone that I might want to call another company IF I wanted the work done in the next three weeks. HMMMM? Yes that's right...call someone else. So, save yourself some valuable time and just take her advice and take your business elsewhere.

Cons: bad service, no return calls, really bad service
