Had a whole bathroom remodel in April 2010 used Echols glass. They installed my shower glass, noticed black marks in the glass and scratches. They came out twice to convince me to keep the glass, I demanded new glass. It took 2 times for the installers to properly install the glass. Now after a year the hinge came apart, called Echols. They wanted me to pay upfront $185.00 before they even came out to look at the defective hinge, I could not understand this way of doing business. I was able to find a company that would come out for free and fix it for $125, they said in the 15 years of doing this job they had never seen a hinge come apart like this. BEWARE if you use this company they do not stand behind their work.
