This individual ( it is not a group or a family owned business) took our TV, never provided an estimate, told us the ""part"" was on back order, REFUSED to put the back on the TV when we asked him so that we could remove it from his shop after more than TWO weeks. Was extremely rude, DID not care that our TV was SITTING ON THE FLOOR ""PROPPED"" against another persons' PLASMA TV when we had BROUGHT HIM OUR STAND FOR THE TV. I have never been so irritated with a ""establishment"" this place is fraudulent and I would not trust them with any of your electronics EVER.
Cons: GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR TV BACK
