Review content:
Called about getting an estimate to get a PS3 repaired, was told I would need to bring it in so he could hook it up to diagnose problem. Brought it in & the place has TV's everywhere...he did not hook it up to diagnose..just asked me what it was/wasn't doing...told him, he then told me it would be 179. to fix (couldn't tell me this on the phone). Had my 6 & 3 year old with me, 3 year old tripped over a plasma TV that was wide open, face down w/wires & metal exposed and cut his arm. The man yelled at my 3 year old ""That kid...thrust the PS3 at me and walked away. After I stopped the bleeding in the car I called back to let him know I didn't appreciate the way he treated me and my son & was told to ""Go to Hell...that kid almost broke a fifteen hundred dollar plasma TV (laying exposed on the floor by the front door) and continued to curse me as he hung up on me!!! Cons: Did I mention Rude
