Well what can I say they are horrible. I was renting from someone who brought them in. Now this Landlord fixed a few things but never anything big, like the plumber said we need the pipes fixed but he would not do that, so never had both toilets working at the same time. Or when we moved in we only had one shower rod that now they are trying to charge us to buy the one that was not there!!! They are charging us for Blinds that were never replaced and messed up. And the neighborhood kids broke a window and we have to pay for, or how about cleaning carpets that were never cleaned when we moved in. They are insane that we have to pay for that, DO NOT RENT from them. They came in and said they would fix this stuff that they are now charging us to fix... that they never came in and fixed. So not only is the Landlord a crook so is Stanislaus Property Management. HORRIBLE.... THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!
