Well what can I say they are horrible. I was renting from someone who brought them in. Now this Landlord fixed a few things but never anything big, like the plumber said we need the pipes fixed but he would not do that, so never had both toilets working at the same time. Or when we moved in we only had one shower rod that now they are trying to charge us to buy the one that was not there!!! They are charging us for Blinds that were never replaced and messed up. And the neighborhood kids broke a window and we have to pay for, or how about cleaning carpets that were never cleaned when we moved in. They are insane that we have to pay for that, DO NOT RENT from them. They came in and said they would fix this stuff that they are now charging us to fix... that they never came in and fixed. So not only is the Landlord a crook so is Stanislaus Property Management. HORRIBLE.... THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!! more

I am currently renting a home from them and we have been here two months. They made us pay the deposit without seeing the home and now I know why. the kitchen cupboards and doors were destroyed! Rotten and broken apart! The home was dirty when we moved in. The eves of the roof are rotted with birds living in them. I have been asking for months when the kitchen will be repaired and they just run us in circles. Our hot water heater broke and it took almost a week to get it fixed. Every outlet in this house is loose and you can barely plug anything in without it falling out. The yard was completely thrashed with trash in the yard. When i tried to get these problems fixed the women in the front office were extremely rude and said I was lying about everything. There are no screens on the windows and bugs get in the house, when I asked to put screens up they put two on 13 of the window. I cannot figure out for the life of me why these people are still in business. They are terrible!!!! I suggest if you want to avoid a large headache to NOT go through them. I have never been with a property management that was so unprofessional!!!! So rude! And so uncaring about their property!!!! DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! They will not help you in any way, as long as they get their money. they play nice until you sign that contract then you see their true colors. I seriously suggest you listen to my review if you are considering renting a home from them, trust me when I say you WILL regret it. more

I tried renting a house through them. The house was unfit to live in and when I complained they said there was nothing wrong. I had to move out, the house was making me ill. They refused to work with me or return a dime. WORST PLACE TO RENT FROM. more

I rented from this property management company. It's amazing these people stay in business. unprofessional and definitely not people oriented. A nightmare to rent from. Stay away! more

I was interested in renting a house that was being rented by Stanislaus Property Management. I contacted them to see if the homeowner would accept my 5-pound dog. They said that they would check and get back to me. Two days later I still had not heard from them, so I contacted them again. Again, I was told that they would contact him and get back to me. No phone call! After a week of no phone calls, I gave up and looked elsewhere. It really helps to call back interested parties! more
