Businiess name:  Kobe Japanese Steaks & Sushi

Review content:
Kobe Japanese Steak and Sushi is a great restaurant. It's located in the Shockoe Bottom area, where the night-life is booming. The Kobe restaurant is split into upper and lower levels -- upper level serve sushi and traditional japanese cuisine along with a bar, whereas lower level serve hibachi cuisine. Their sushi is prepared by a skilled Japanese Sushi chef and the quality and detail of their sushi entrees are top-etched. The traditional menu just has been revamped and it is simply amazing. If you have yet to try Japanese fusion cuisine, Kobe is the place to go. I recommend the Filet Minion with Truffle sauce. The downstairs offer a wide menu where the food is cooked and served on a hibachi grill. I must admit the hibachi is not the BEST I have had ( I am a hibachi chef ), customers won't regret anything. The hibachi chefs at Kobe are one of the finest in the Richmond area and their entertainment will keep you amused throughout the night. The prices are a bit higer than usual restaurants (Ex. Avg. course: including sushi appetizer, a Small glass of a Ozeki sake, and Hibachi Chicken -- $35.) Keep in mind that the hibachi dinner comes with a soup, salad, and 2 shrimp appetizers and the amount of food you get is very hard to finish. There is a bar upstairs which offer a wide array of mixed drinks, authentic sake, wine, and other spirits.
