My home warranty company sent them out to fix our heating system. They tried tacking on several hundred dollars worth of unnecessary additional charges. They flat out lied to us about the reasons for the charges and when we refused to pay for them they lied to the warranty company about additional work that was needed. They went so far as to tell us certain things were against city code which we confirmed it was not. Then they told us our warranty company told them not to do the work unless we paid the extra charges. Our warranty company denied saying that and said this company told them they couldnt do the work because it was against code (which was a lie) and then they told the warranty company we (the homeowner) wanted to do more research so they couldnt finish the job. All lies!!!! Cons: They lie and try to cheat their customers
