took vehicle in with a chip and had it replaced. after leaving i could hear air coming thru my windshield. i called and was told i had to wait 48 hrs for it to set. so i waited. of course air was still coming through. i then called and asked if they would come to my work and fix it (2 miles away) since they installed it wrong and i couldn't take any more time off work and they said they would. well they never show up. so icalled back again and was told they wouldn't come fix it but to bring it in anytime. so by now this is miserable. i take the vehicle in and i am told that the dealership i bought the car from would have to set a appointment because they paid the invoice. and the reason was ""he didn't like the way i was talking to him"" i was mad and had every right to be. i took my vehicle to another place and had them fix it. this place does crap work and will not stand behind it. Cons: you name it
