I had my windshield replaced there through an insurance claim and they don't stand behind their work. I requested original equipment in my Ford, a Carlite/Ford replacement. After the old windshield was broken out of my vehicle, out popped the replacement of an off brand, not original equipment. I called Allstate and K-1 before the glass was put in and the ""owner"" told me that the windshield being installed was just as good and it came with a ""life-time"" warranty. I made the mistake of allowing the glass to be put in my vehicle; it took longer for the technician to rip out the old glass, than it took to install the replacement. About 6 weeks later, I noticed a lead (crack) coming from under the seal on the passenger pillar (side of the glass) and the foam gasket, which surrounds the edge, was bunched up below the crack. I called K-1 and the ""owner"" told me that the warranty only covered wind and water leaks and I would have to call the manufacturer to see about it being replaced. NOT GOOD BUSINESS! I took it elsewhere to have a new windshield installed, they cover workmanship AND stress related breakage.
Pros: I don't think they have any working there.
Cons: Too many.
