Dale and Associates, Inc are the best overall Planners and Engineers in Nashville. I had a piece of land that needed to be rezoned and designed, I was told by others that it could not be done. Dale and Assocociates took me through the entire process by first having community meetings to get the support of the neighbors and then they got the support of the Planning Commission and the Metro Council. Their final design was cost effective for me, created value, and gave something back to the community thru a dedicated park and open space. Dale and Associates knows how to work with people and get positive results that benefit everyone.
