my son called this company for a ride and was told on the phone they take credit cards. When the driver arrived, he tried to confirm they accept VISA and the driver said they don't. He explained the rep on the phone said they do. Then he agreed to take the card. The driver claimed he ran the card and it was declined, and that he was going to call the police if my son didn't give him his Iphone to hang onto until he brought him cash. A classic scam to rip off a college student. Luckily my son was smart enough to insist he run the card again. He kept my son in the car for 30 minutes while he supposedly ran the card again. I called and spoke to a ""manager"" today who barely spoke English, he didn't seem too concerned about his drivers attempted scam. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Cons: bad service doesn't deserve any stars
