NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!! I received a gift certificate for a car starter and was told to call and schedule an installation. I called four different times, leaving four messages and never once got so much as a return call back. I went directly to Sun and Sound (where I waited for fifteen minutes before being helped). When I explained I wanted a refund since their gift certificate was useless to me if it could not be redeemed, the individual was rude, unprofessional and demeaning. He was not the least bit apologetic (which would have resolved the issue right then) but instead chuckled and said ""sorry about your personal problems hon"".
