The most unprofessional medical establishment I've ever encountered. I made an appointment for to see an orthopedic surgeon. The soonest available appointment they had was a month away. So, I had no choice but to wait even though I was in dire need of an orthopedic dr. A few days before the appointment they called me to tell me they had to reschedule the appt. I told them I had been waiting nearly a month for this appt so could they make the next appt as soon as possible. Well they made it for the following month. Then again they called a week before my appt to let me know this one had to be rescheduled again and the dr wouldn't be able to see me for 6 more weeks! Unbelievable and unacceptable! And the customer service agents you speak with know nothing about customer service! Don't waste your time on this sorry excuse for a medical facility.
