We used to use Robertson Sanitation, and paid extra every month for them to pick up our recycling, which we were required to separate from the rest of the trash. (Just the basic stuff like cans and bottles.) Everything was fine. Then we moved to a different house, where I guess they must not have had as many customers. The first few pickups, I noticed that they were dumping our recycling into the exact same place as the rest of our garbage!! I was livid. I called the company and asked why they weren't separating it out- they said something like 'it gets separated out later.' If that is the case (which I doubt) then why WHY were they charging me extra to separate my trash, just so that they could mix it all back together? They had no answer for me, and no refund, either. I will never use them again. BEWARE!
