It was a Saturday night and my garage door jammed in the closed position with both cars inside. I didn't know how I was going to get to work on Monday if I couldn't get it fixed.
I called Universal Overhead Door Company on Saturday night after 8 PM. He came right over and fixed the door so that we could get our cars out.
He saved me from having to rent a car to get to work, was very personable and expedient. His rates were also very good. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of as I have in the past when I've needed help on a weekend. In addition, he took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. Excellent customer service!
I would highly recommend Universal Overhead Door Company. When we replace the door, we will be calling Universal first!
