I recently utilized the Express Service at Commonwealth Honda, Lawrence dealership on 10/26/12. This was my 5th visit for this type of ""Express"" service and as in the past, my expectations were not let down. I was more than satisfied with the continued high customer service by Commonwealth Honda. Upon arrival into the drive-in garage, I was greeted professionally by ""Michael Gravelese "". Total service was 30 min., which was the agreed upon time that I was advised on when I checked in. I was extremely pleased with the dealership for it's organization, explanation of service options and overall professionalism displayed by the Service Advisor team members. I will certainly be returning for future service work at Commonwealth Honda, Lawrence.
