We had a wonderful experience with Normandy. Tony Tondelli worked diligently from our initial meeting until the start of construction. We were not adding any square footage, but rather working with a small space and attempting to maximize the functionality of our kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and helped us design a kitchen that we never could have imagined would fit in our home. He was patient with us as we spent many hours selecting everything from large items like the cabinets to the smallest of details. Andy Healy was our project manager. He communicated with us on a daily basis, both in person and on the phone. He clearly described the process and kept us informed on who was coming and when. Andy articulated when we might run into a potential issue and troubleshooted anything unforeseen quickly and effectively. Both Tony and Andy made themselves very accessible to us throughout the project. Tony and Andy made this process seamless and we have no regrets. We were hesitant to remodel as both of our children have asthma and are allergic to dust. I was amazed at how clean our home remained because of the efforts they took to tarp things off. The dust was minimal. Normandy Builders absolutely exceeded our expectations. We have a stunning kitchen that has already made our lives at home so much more functional. We would recommend your company to our family and friends and look forward to working with with them in the future.
