Review content:
I made an appointment here earlier this year to take care of an abscessed tooth. When I finally got a staff member on the phone (after leaving several phone messages) she booked an appointment for me but never asked what the appointment was for. When it was time for the appointment I found that the dentist was not there, only the dental hygienist because they though I was there for a cleaning (???) and they told me to come back later for the exam! Since a dental abscess is very serious and I was scared of having to delay treatment any further, I demanded that they do x-rays and give me a refill on my antibiotics that I had already received from my urgent care visit. My actual appointment with Dr. Meena was ok, but her office staff was rude to me - especially when I noticed that they charged my insurance for my x-ray after I had paid for it out of pocket and asked why (not to mention the attitude I got when I tried to explain on my first visit that I had insurance that had just gone into effect from my new job but did not yet have my insurance card - they refused to believe me). I have further dental work that will be done this month but am I going back here for it ? NO WAY!
