Most of my meals there were well seasoned and the temps were right. I feel that many of the past chefs would hold back creatively, because of the point that many feel this is a destination restaurant and the need to feed the masses. I feel that there prices are far more reasonable than most destination restaurants. There has been some changes among the leadership as of late. I here there is a new chef with a lot to offer Delray patrons. Lets hope the new chef wont hold back, I want to see some farm to table, seasonal produce, modern plate designs and flavorful dishes like some of the past chefs have come up with but the problem always seemed to be keeping it consistent. The ambiance you have to love, you want a good date get a good table in the gardens on a cool night.
