Review content:
I was referred to Peak Kia by a friend who had a good experience. I wish I could say the same. It has been a nightmare. I bought a new Kia Sorento only to find out in ""Finance"" that it was used (33170) miles. It had been used by the OWNER, and this had not been disclosed to me...even in Finance where I had to ask. It was the only one in the color, so we made a small adjustment in the price...which the sales manager, Brian Overton, added back in, in the form of shipping and handling charges (which were supposed to be in the original sticker price. After diving home, the next morning, I couldn't get into the car. It was dead. I called Kia em service and had it jumped , and took ti to the dealer where he put a new battery in at no charge. A couple of days later, I went out to the car...DEAD again. So I had it towed to Peak, where the service manager said there was nothing wrong except the new battery was dead. (I do not use the auto light function which could drain the battery). Yesterday, I went to the car. and you guessed it. DEAD AGAIN. I am currently waiting for the tow truck to take again to Peak service. One more of these episodes, I I will be invoking the Colorado Lemon Law. I wonder why the OWNER sent this car back to the line. Peak Kea denies any previous problem with the car. This is a car for my wife...in the mountains. She aid for and deserves a properly functioning car. Thats not what we have now. Watch out!!!
