Review content:
It was my first appt. and because of a train and getting lost i was 12 min. late to my appt. I had all my paperwork filled out ahead of time. The receptionist said she had to check with the P.A, to see if I would have to reschedule (without even asking why I was late). Apparently the P.A. said I would have to reschedule. I had been in pain for months and finally had both the money and the day off to see someone about the pain, yet they couldn't be bothered... 12 minutes late - the P.A. probably decided to use the extra time to have breakfast or enjoy a cup of coffee. I told the receptionist instead of rescheduling I would find somewhere else where the patient is valued more - and did so. Not a great way to start a ""trusted"" professional relationship,
