This is Frank12 I forgot my pass word as I thought I would never return to the store . I would like everyone to know that Bob called me at the first of March about the pallet of pellets I purchased last August . I went to the store today and talked to Bob. We were able to resolve the issues over the pellets and I will be doing business with Bob again. I had originally purchased my stove at this store and my faith is restored in Bob as a professional . Also Bob informed me that they may be doing one ton bin deliveries next year . This is a process were you have a large bin in you garage or basement that holds one ton of pellets .The truck stops by your house and puts the pellets into the bin like insulation . Bobs got my vote.
