Review content:
Made an appointment at 2:30pm for carpet cleaning at our rental property. At 3pm, I called because no one showed up and no one called. Was told that the tech would be another hour and a half. Was told that I would get a call 20 minutes prior. At 5pm, I called and was told the tech would be there in ten minutes. Yes, the tech eventually got there and he was nice and did a good job with the carpets. The disappointment was the lack of consideration for my time (waiting at a vacant rental house with my kids in tow was a complete waste of time), not calling to tell me of the late arrival, not arriving at any of the times promised, and the marginal administrative/office staff. And the actual cost was $50 higher than the highest over the phone estimate. With all of the other chem dry choices out there I will be sure to try a different company next time.
